The London Metropolitan Police reported they were alerted to the fire at 01:35 hours by the London Fire Brigade. "Officers attended the scene. Damage was caused to the property’s entrance, nobody was hurt," a police spokesperson announced. The fire is currently under investigation, with cordons established around the area while inquiries continue.
Given the property is linked to a prominent public figure, the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command is heading the investigation.
