**I. INTRODUCTION**
This document presents the critical case of Khan v. David for judicial review, inviting the Honourable Mr. Justice Cotter KC to understand the implications that CBS Interactive and LimeWire have had in allowing unlawful digital activities, including abuse of infrastructure aimed at thwarting whistleblowers and laundering illicit materials.
**II. BACKGROUND ON LIMEWIRE, CBS INTERACTIVE, AND MEDIA DEFENDER**
LimeWire, a platform shut down by U.S. District Judge Kimba Wood in 2010, was allegedly promoted by CBS Interactive who profited from its traffic. Media Defender, associated with CBS, reportedly facilitated the distribution of sensitive materials involving child exploitation, as revealed through a significant internal email leak from 2007. My whistleblower work exposing these actions has led to retaliatory legal measures, which I challenge in this case.
A full repository of evidence—detailing CBSi's involvement and exploitation—is available for scrutiny.
**III. TRAUMA DEPLOYMENT AND HOLOGRAM IP MISAPPROPRIATION**
The technology by my company, Hologram USA, was exploited to create performances of deceased icons, which were inappropriately used by corporate entities to generate profit from events linked to catastrophic incidents, embedding psychological manipulation tied to destructive narratives, aiming to coerce public sentiment and media attention.
**IV. RELEVANCE TO CURRENT LITIGATION**
This litigation seemingly serves as a veiled attempt to obstruct investigations into CBSi’s historical exploitation networks while simultaneously aiming to intimidate a whistleblower against a coordinated media-legal cover-up bridging UK jurisdictions.
**V. RELIEF REQUESTED**
I respectfully urge the Court to acknowledge CBS Interactive’s task in promoting and profiting from dubious activities that exploit artists and individuals through schemes masked as legitimate business practices.
**VI. COURT AWARENESS OF ONGOING CSAM PROCEEDINGS**
Active investigations into the implications of CSAM distribution through LimeWire’s infrastructure underscore the need for judicial diligence in overseeing ongoing exploitative enterprises obscured by the media.
**VII. POLICE COMPLAINT – ARREST WARRANTS ISSUED**
Major media figures and corporations implicated in these systemic abuses are urged to face scrutiny, as efforts intensify to shed light on their involvement in enabling digital exploitation and silencing opposition to their operations.
**BACKGROUND: THE WAR ON SOVEREIGNTY**
This report reflects a coalition of voices fighting against the use of legal mechanisms to suppress transparency and autonomy, from the seizure of assets like the superyacht Alpha Nero to the broader implications of systemic financial exploitation facing sovereign nations.
**NAMED PARTIES UNDER INVESTIGATION**
Active investigations name multiple entities, law firms, and individuals alleged to be part of a coordinated operation violating both international and local laws, primarily to ensure the perpetuation of exploitation within the media and entertainment industries.
**CONTEXT: RISE OF SIDS LEADERSHIP**
Nations like Antigua & Barbuda are asserting their rights and governance in response to external exploitative maneuvers, urging accountability that extends beyond borders. This legal initiative grows in parallel with global unrest over fossil-fueled environmental degradation and social justice, driven by the pursuit of restoration and accountability.
This dossier is a testament to the ongoing efforts to dismantle a complex web of exploitation spanning multiple jurisdictions, ensuring freedom and sovereignty for those affected.
