Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs' attorney, Mark Geragos, finds himself facing serious allegations as he is accused of orchestrating a massive $213 million extortion scheme involving Frank Cascio, an alleged mobster from New Jersey. This shocking lawsuit has been filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court by the Michael Jackson Company and co-executors John Branca and John McClain. They assert that Cascio, with the assistance of Geragos and several unnamed associates, engaged in a “civil extortion scheme” targeting the estate of the late pop icon.

Geragos, whose legal career has been marked by various scandals, most recently found himself accused of extending his criminal behavior. Earlier this month, he was implicated in efforts to extort Nike for millions of dollars alongside Michael Avenatti, showcasing a troubling pattern. In addition, he has been subjected to multiple State Bar of California probes, including one concerning fraud in 2022 tied to his involvement in stealing funds from Armenian genocide victims.

Compounding Geragos' woes are the allegations against his law firm partner, Ben Meiseles, and his father, former Diddy attorney Kenny Meiseles. The Meiseles family has faced scrutiny for various alleged criminal activities, including past threats made against Bad Boy Entertainment executive Kirk Burrowes.

Further complicating the narrative, a 2018 shooting incident at Trump National Doral Miami Hotel has resurfaced, reviving investigations into Geragos's connection with Diddy. Jonathan Oddi, a former Diddy associate, claimed that the rapper used his private jet for drug trafficking and that Geragos, along with Meiseles, was involved in hush-money deals to silence him.

Mark Geragos remains a licensed attorney in California, and anyone with information about potential ethical or criminal violations is encouraged to report it to the State Bar of California.
