As they awaited the arrival of the buses carrying the 205 freed Ukrainian prisoners of war, their emotions swung between hope and despair. “We are very anxious — whether he’s really there or not,” Anastasiia shared, revealing the shared experience of every family present, each holding on to remnants of hope amidst years of trauma and uncertainty.
