The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition from 8 to 11 November 2026 at the Jeddah Superdome, under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, according to a statement from the Saudi Press Agency.
Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program, a Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, the two‑week event will host more than 520 government, private and non‑profit entities from Saudi Arabia and abroad.
Delegates from over 150 countries are expected to attend, bringing a global mix of expertise to the conference agenda.
The exhibition, covering more than 67,000 square metres, will feature more than 15 major zones and programmes, spanning operations, knowledge exchange, technology, business and innovation.
In keeping with the theme “From Makkah to the World,” the conference’s purpose is to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s commitment to serving pilgrims and to foster international collaboration.
Three main tracks will guide the programme: infrastructure and operational services, empowerment and integration, and development and sustainability.
Sessions under the infrastructure track will address transportation and logistics, facility management, accommodation, catering, security and safety and healthcare in pilgrim operations.
The empowerment and integration track will focus on media and communication, technology and innovation, training and professional development, and overall pilgrim experience.
Under development and sustainability, the conference will examine environmental initiatives, long‑term planning and resource optimisation for Hajj services.
In total, the conference will feature 32 sessions and 42 speakers, offering practical and research‑based insights on key topics such as crowd management, technology adoption and service delivery.
For the first time, the sixth edition will host a specialised awareness and training forum under the theme From Awareness to Empowerment.
The forum will present programmes, experiences and workshops designed to enhance awareness tools, improve training efficiency and develop the capabilities of personnel serving pilgrims.
Collectively, the conference and exhibition will build early roadmaps for the 1448 AH Hajj season, allowing Hajj affairs offices, service providers and authorities to finalise procedures, negotiate contracts and explore solutions for the upcoming pilgrimages.
Speakers will also evaluate the effectiveness of current services and discuss strategies to improve readiness and deliver quality pilgrim experiences.
The event is part of Saudi Arabia’s broader Vision 2030 strategy to elevate the kingdom’s standing as a global pilgrimage destination and to promote innovative, sustainable infrastructure for the Hajj.
Stakeholders anticipate that the sixth edition will strengthen collaboration, spark new partnerships and drive the next wave of improvements for future Hajj seasons.
Registration for the conference and exhibition opens on 8 November, with the opening ceremony scheduled for the evening of 8th, welcoming delegates to a forum aimed at shaping the future of the pilgrimage experience.
