NASHUA, N.H. (AP) — A shooting at a country club left multiple gunshot victims, police in New Hampshire said Saturday night. Nashua police confirmed via surveillance footage that one shooter has been detained. The scene remains under active investigation, but authorities assure there is no further danger to the public. The shootings occurred at Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua. Currently, the conditions of the victims have not been disclosed. An aerial view from WMUR-TV displayed multiple emergency responders arriving at the scene. Nashua police cautioned the public on social media, instructing them to stay away from Sky Meadow. U.S. Rep. Maggie Goodlander stated she was closely monitoring the tragic events and expressed her sympathies to the victims, their families, and the community. Nashua is located approximately 45 miles northwest of Boston, near the Massachusetts border. In light of the incident, Dunstable, Massachusetts, issued a shelter-in-place order.
