Fortunately, there were no injuries reported from the incident, which experts are investigating to determine the cause.

At a press briefing, spokesperson Debby Wilmsen expressed optimism, stating they aim to unveil a "nice, new stage" by Friday. However, the Gathering Stage at the campsite may be used instead for the scheduled main stage acts if time does not allow.

Festivalgoers, many already settled into the Dreamville campsite, are determined to enjoy the event despite changes. One attendee noted a noticeably subdued atmosphere compared to previous years, yet remains optimistic about the experience.

The fire erupted around 18:00 local time on Wednesday, causing an evacuation of nearby residents as firefighters battled the flames. A police helicopter assisted in bringing the fire under control. Witnesses described a frenetic scene as smoke enveloped the site.

Tomorrowland, which began in 2005, has grown to become the largest electronic dance music festival globally, welcoming fans from around the world.

As stakeholders convene to plan for the event, 14 other smaller stages are available for use. The festival remains steadfast in maintaining its traditions and atmosphere in the wake of this unusual challenge.
