In a recent court filing, prosecutors stated that Combs made "relentless efforts" to corruptly influence witness testimony.
During Tuesday’s court proceedings, evidence was presented including notes found in Combs’ jail cell, which are under scrutiny for their potential implications. Judge Arun Subramanian, who oversees the case, directed that copies of materials seized be destroyed and that the government cannot use these materials in the forthcoming bail hearing scheduled for Friday. The defense team argues that the seizure of personal notes violated attorney-client privilege; however, prosecutors contend that such materials could suggest obstruction of justice.
Diddy, aged 55, has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him, which include counts of sex trafficking and racketeering linked to serious allegations of drug-fueled abusive sexual encounters.
