Jan. 14, 2025 – Ukraine has executed a strategic barrage of drone assaults across multiple regions in Russia, including the Bryansk border area and distant targets like Saratov and Tula, according to reports from local officials. The Ukrainian military has not verified the attacks; however, the government’s Agency for Strategic Communications stated that seven Russian regions were hit, including military manufacturing sites and energy facilities. This operation appears to demonstrate Ukraine's capability to penetrate deep within Russia amidst ongoing battles on its own territory. In response to the threat, six cities were forced to implement airspace restrictions, highlighting the risk posed by these incursions.
