Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was apprehended by U.S. Marshals on Friday morning after claims surfaced she attempted to assist an undocumented immigrant named Eduardo Flores-Ruiz in avoiding arrest. The FBI, led by Director Kash Patel, asserted that Dugan facilitated an escape for Flores-Ruiz, a Mexican national with pending misdemeanor battery charges. Upon fleeing the courtroom, Flores-Ruiz was subsequently captured and was scheduled to have a hearing on April 18.
